Dr. Rena Lee Kofman is a poet and writer, the author of eleven books in Hebrew, as well as a retired Professor from the City University of New York. Her works - poetry, short stories, and literary studies - have appeared (in both Hebrew and English) in many magazines, literary supplements, anthologies, and scholarly publications. She uses the penname: Rena Lee.
Rena Lee is a graduateof the Jewish Theological Seminary in America (M.A. and D.H.L), as well as the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (Master of Laws).
She Lives with her husband Absalom (a civil engineer) in New York. She has two married sons - Joav (a neurologist), and Gil (a playwright), and four grandchildren. *
